3. Pack & Send
Make sure the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Securely place the items into your Autocart delivery packaging (or a similar sized box if you no longer have it). Dispatch the return good with your favourite courier service provider.
4. Inspect & Refund
Once your parcel has been received, we will inspect within 7 working days and as soon as we are confident with the goods are in their original condition, we will provide the Refund or exchange.
How long can I keep an item before I send it back ?
Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at our discretion.
Am I eligible for Free Shipping Return?
If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as part of our 100% Fitment Guarantee.

Warranty
All products sold by Autocart are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by Autocart where:
a) The product is not of acceptable quality before installation; or
b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
c) The product does not match the sample or the Autocart descriptions; or
d) The product was damaged during delivery; and
e) You can provide proof of purchase with the Autocart receipt
Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.
