What should I do if I have found a problem with the website?
Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. We are still ironing out the kinks on our new website and if you find any problems please contact us and we will try and improve your online shopping experience.

Tell me more about Warranty?
All products sold by Autocart are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the sample or the Autocart descriptions; or
- The product was damaged during delivery; and
- You can provide proof of purchase with the Autocart Invoice / receipt.
Shipping
How can I track my delivery?
Autocart is shipping Malaysia wide and all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been completed. We provide same day shipping if order payment received by 12pm. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours. Delivery time is subject to availability of stock and delivery time may be extended to by up to 30 days by us. If for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped to you on time or at all you will be notified promptly.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

Do we ship internationally?
Yes we ship to most countries. Please contact us on sales@autocart.com.my for the shipping rate.
Can we self pick-up?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick up. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your goodies as quickly as possible – no matter where you are in Malaysia.
Has my order been shipped yet?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details on how to track your parts. On rare occassions, some parts my take longer to dispatch than advised as we may need to specially order the parts in. If there is a delay on dispatching your part, we will be in touch to provide an update on the expected arrival time, and in some instances offer an alternative part (of equal or higher value) will can be shipped sooner.
Can you change or cancel your order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment, you will need to contact us before we ship your order.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure that all delivery information is correct prior to check out. We cannot be responsible for delivering to incorrect addresses.
Fitment
How do I make sure I have chosen the right part?
Its easy! If you use the vehicle filter which can be found on the home page, a product listing page, in the Compatible Vehicles section on a product page and in the My Vehicles section and select your make, model and year, the right parts will be displayed for your vehicle. (The year of the car model may be 1 year difference, please identify your TRIM).
What if I can’t find the product that I am looking for?
Our website is new and we are launching new products everyday. If we haven’t got what you are looking for online yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What should I do if I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for?
Our customer service team is dedicated to helping you out where they can. If you are a bit lost and not sure how to find the part you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us and speak to one of our automotive professionals.

If you haven’t already created an account, you can do so here and then make your way to the My Vehicles section of your account and add your vehicles details. Everytime you visit Sparesbox the right parts for your car will be displayed.
